I realize there is no profile, no pictures, no links as of yet, but I feel like I should start with a short introduction. Who am I? What is this blog? What in the world am I doing? Well, I don't have an answer to that last one, but I can attempt to summarize the first two.
I'm Eve. That's not my actual name, since I don't feel so comfortable revealing exactly who I am online, especially given that this blog will likely be sexual in nature. I'm a twenty-something living in a fairly large city, possibly to be revealed if I decide I'm ok with that. I work in research (scientific, not marketing or whatnot). Finished college a little while ago, looking to apply to grad school in the future, taking a break from academia for a little while.
So, what's this blog all about? Well, I guess I have to give more background about myself first. For years now, I've been reading sex blogs on a regular basis. I'm a virgin still (more about that later, I'm sure) and reading about other people's sex lives has been arousing, fascinating, fun, and generally highly enjoyable. It's vaguely like living vicariously through your friends, except instead of friends, it's people you've never met or even talked to who tell you things most of your friends wouldn't dream of sharing. Much fun. So, at one point, I thought, "I wish I could start a sex blog, share and chat and amuse others." The problem? Not only was I not having sex, I wasn't doing much of anything else sexual, except for masturbating. Now, though, I'm in a relationship where we're not quite having sex yet (although it seems to be going that way), but doing plenty of other stuff that might be fun for people to read about. At least, I hope so.
So, this blog will be about my boyfriend Jack (also not his actual name) and me, and some of our adventures and explorations. I'm hoping this will also motivate me to actually leave comments on the blogs I do read, instead of lurking without ever speaking up.
Ok, that's all as an intro. I'll keep working on the layout, and there's more content to come. If you're reading and want to say hi, feel free to leave a comment!
